This web design brief was a little different. The client asked that it be optimized for use by the Mongolian market. When the website went live, the Mongolian market had little experience of websites and booking online. The main market used social media, mostly Facebook or WeChat. Answering questions on social media was creating a lot of extra work and additional phone calls for the client. The club needed their information, FAQs, safety info and booking form all in one place.
The brief was to make a dual language, very easy to navigate website, with clear Calls to Action in Mongolian and English.
